By using the services of Car2Wash, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Service Usage

By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings

  • All appointments depend on availability.

  • Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or operational reasons.

3. Payments

  • Service charges must be paid before or immediately after completion.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers must:

  • Provide safe and accessible parking for the service.

  • Remove all valuables from the vehicle before service.

  • Share correct contact and location details.

Car2Wash is not responsible for missing personal items left inside the vehicle.

5. Vehicle Condition

  • Pre-existing scratches, dents, interior damage, or mechanical issues are not the responsibility of Car2Wash.

  • A basic pre-inspection may be done before the service.

6. Damage Liability

Car2Wash is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Issues caused by loose fittings, aftermarket accessories, or old vehicle parts

  • Mechanical or electrical failures

  • Damage caused by the customer's parking area or environment

If any damage is directly caused by our staff, compensation will be considered only after internal verification.

7. Service Quality

  • We aim to provide the best service possible.

  • If you are unhappy with the service, you must report within 24 hours.

  • Rework may be provided on the affected area; refunds are not guaranteed.

8. Cancellations

  • Appointments can be cancelled 2 hours before the scheduled time.

  • If our team reaches the location and the customer cancels, a visit fee may apply.

9. Weather Conditions

  • Services may be delayed or rescheduled in case of rain or bad weather.
    Car2Wash is not responsible for delays caused due to weather conditions or events beyond control.

10. Safety & Behavior

  • Abusive behavior or unsafe working conditions may result in immediate cancellation of service without refund.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All Car2Wash content, branding, images, and materials are the property of Car2Wash and cannot be used without permission.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions follow the laws of India.

  • All disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of  Delhi
