This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services booked through Car2Wash.
1. Cancellations

Cancellation is allowed up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time.

If the service team has already arrived and the customer cancels, a visit/inspection fee may be charged.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided only under the following situations:

Car2Wash cannot deliver the service due to operational issues.

The customer made a prepaid booking and the service was never started.

Refund is approved by Car2Wash management after reviewing the case.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be issued if:

The customer is unhappy with the service but did not report issues within 24 hours.

Cancellations happen after the team arrives at the location.
-
Weather conditions cause delay or rescheduling.
-
Service quality varies due to bad vehicle condition, dirt level, or environment.
4. Rework Policy
Instead of a refund, Car2Wash may offer:

Free touch-up
-
Rewash of the affected area
This applies only if the complaint is valid and raised within 24 hours.
5. Refund Method & Time
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

It may take 5–7 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.
