Our Privacy & Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services booked through Car2Wash.

1. Cancellations
  • Cancellation is allowed up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time.

  • If the service team has already arrived and the customer cancels, a visit/inspection fee may be charged.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only under the following situations:

  • Car2Wash cannot deliver the service due to operational issues.

  • The customer made a prepaid booking and the service was never started.

  • Refund is approved by Car2Wash management after reviewing the case.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be issued if:

  • The customer is unhappy with the service but did not report issues within 24 hours.

  • Cancellations happen after the team arrives at the location.

  • Weather conditions cause delay or rescheduling.

  • Service quality varies due to bad vehicle condition, dirt level, or environment.

4. Rework Policy

Instead of a refund, Car2Wash may offer:

  • Free touch-up

  • Rewash of the affected area
    This applies only if the complaint is valid and raised within 24 hours.

5. Refund Method & Time

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • It may take 5–7 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.
